Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, is found to be damaged in our warehouse, or is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to revoke the sale of that item and will refund the total amount using the original method of payment. If your order contains multiple items, the refund will be specific to the unavailable or incorrectly priced item.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are primarily available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Shipments to the U.S. are available on select items, as indicated on the product page. We may update our delivery locations to include international shipping in the future.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. These are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Shipping Costs and Carriers

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page where shipping charges will be displayed.

We reserve the right to use any carrier or delivery method that is economical or necessary. Promotions offering free delivery may be available from time to time once a certain threshold is met.

If you've paid for delivery and decide to return your order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at shipping@canaduo.com. If your package appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and let the carrier return it. Acceptance of a damaged package may limit our ability to assist with replacements or refunds.

6. Changes to Delivery Method

We reserve the right to change the delivery method or carrier at our discretion without prior notice.

If available, tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
